Palm’s Mushroom Cellar will be offering a variety of mushrooms at the 2017 Farmers’ Market:

- Shittakes mushrooms
- Oyster mushrooms
Palm’s Mushroom Cellar has been growing mushrooms since 1980, currently producing approximately 14,000 pounds per week.
We sell at the farm, at farmer’s markets, and also have three produce wholesalers in the Madison area and five in the metro Milwaukee area.
We also sell directly to some of the larger restaurants in Wisconsin.
